How we protect your patterns
Last Updated: June 27, 2025
The Complete Picture
When you use ClarityOS, you're sharing pieces of yourself - your time patterns, your thoughts, your struggles. That's incredibly vulnerable. We know this.
This privacy policy isn't just about compliance. It's about trust. It's our promise about how we'll handle the pieces of yourself you choose to share with us.
We're not in the business of exploiting your patterns. We're in the business of reflecting them back to you clearly. Your data isn't our product. Your self-discovery is.
What Information We Witness
Conversations with the AI Agent
- What we see: The messages you send, the questions you ask, the patterns you explore
- Why we need it: To maintain context and reflect your patterns back accurately
- What we don't do: Judge, analyze for marketing, or share with others
Time and Activity Patterns
- What we see: What you did, when you did it, how long it took
- Why we need it: To show you where your time actually goes
- What we don't do: Compare you to others or create productivity scores
Account Information
- What we see: Your Telegram ID and username
- Why we need it: To know who you are across sessions
- What we don't do: Require real names or personal details
Voice Data and Cloning
- What we see: Voice recordings you upload for creating AI voice clones
- Why we need it: To create personalized voice models for your consciousness conversations
- What we don't do: Use your voice without consent, share it with others, or allow anyone else to access your voice clone
Important: By uploading voice samples, you confirm:
- • You own or have explicit legal rights to the voice being cloned
- • You understand the voice clone will be used only within ClarityOS
- • You can request deletion of your voice data at any time
How We Use What We See
For Pattern Recognition
We process your data to:
- • Identify recurring behaviors
- • Calculate time patterns
- • Recognize language patterns
- • Show connections between activities
This processing happens FOR you, not ABOUT you. We're not building profiles to sell. We're building mirrors to reflect.
For Service Improvement
We may analyze aggregate, anonymous patterns to:
- • Improve our pattern recognition algorithms
- • Fix bugs and technical issues
- • Understand how the service is used
Your individual patterns remain yours alone.
Who Else Sees Your Patterns
Third-Party Services
We use some external services to function:
- • AI Providers: Process your conversations (they don't train on your data)
- • Voice Cloning: Create and store your voice models (deleted upon request)
- • Infrastructure: Store data securely (encrypted and protected)
- • Communication: Telegram for message delivery
Each service sees only what's necessary for their function. We choose partners who respect privacy.
What We Never Do
- • Sell your data to anyone
- • Share your patterns with other users
- • Use your vulnerabilities for marketing
- • Allow advertising based on your data
- • Create shadow profiles for targeting
Your Control Over Your Data
Access Your Information
You can request a copy of all data we have about you. We'll provide it in a readable format within 30 days.
Correct Inaccuracies
Spot an error? Let us know. We'll fix it promptly. Your patterns should be accurate reflections, not distorted ones.
Delete Your Data
You can request deletion anytime:
- • Immediate: Remove from active systems
- • Complete: Full deletion within 30 days
- • Permanent: No secret backups or archives
"Delete" means delete. Not "archive" or "deactivate."
Export Your Patterns
Your data is yours. Export it anytime in standard formats. Take your patterns with you if you leave.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you see my data?
Your data is encrypted and stored securely. While we need to store your conversations to maintain context and continue your journey, we only access them when providing you the service. If you choose to delete your data, we immediately remove it from our systems - we don't keep any copies.
Do AI companies store my conversations?
We use API services from AI providers, and by their terms of service, they do not store or train on data sent through their APIs - doing so would be illegal. When you use AI services directly through their websites, they may train on your data (if you give permission), but we never allow training on your data.
Final Reflection
This privacy policy is longer than most because privacy isn't simple when you're dealing with consciousness patterns. We could have written "we protect your data" and left it there. But that wouldn't honor the trust you place in us.
By using ClarityOS, you're not just sharing data points. You're sharing patterns that reveal who you are beneath the masks. That deserves more than standard privacy platitudes.
Your patterns. Your insights. Your journey.
We're just holding the mirror.
