Examine: When did you catch yourself playing a role that wasn't you? What were you protecting? Now remember when the mask dropped completely - who were you with and why did you feel safe enough?

Remember: When did someone's explanation bounce off you completely? Now recall when you figured something out yourself - that 'aha!' moment. Feel the difference between being told and discovering.
